HEALTHY UNLOCKED
Helpful over hype. Always.
Our approach to content, sources, authorship and corrections.
Who is behind our content
Healthy Unlocked is owned by Vaibhavi Patel. Yashveer Bharani is the named author of our journal articles. Each article includes an author profile and links to our editorial standards. Authorship does not imply medical qualifications. We do not invent credentials, product testing or expert endorsements.
Where health information comes from
When we discuss health-related information, we link to relevant primary or authoritative sources, such as clinical guidance and established professional organisations. We distinguish general information from personal experience and product descriptions. Readers should be able to check the sources themselves.
What medical review means here
We do not describe a page as “medically reviewed” unless a qualified reviewer actually reviewed it and is identified on the page. General editorial content is not personalised medical advice.
Products and commercial relationships
Our store promotes our own educational products. A product link is not a clinical endorsement. Sponsored content and affiliate relationships, if introduced, will be disclosed where readers encounter them. We do not publish fabricated ratings, testimonials, before-and-after results or claims of guaranteed outcomes.
AI-assisted work and images
AI tools may assist with drafting, layout and illustrative imagery. AI-generated images are illustrative; they do not demonstrate product testing or identify a medical professional. Images used as supplied product covers represent the guide artwork. We do not treat generated text as evidence: factual health claims still need appropriate sources.
Updates and corrections
Articles show a publication date. Substantive revisions should explain what changed rather than merely refreshing the date. To report a mistake, send the page URL, the relevant passage and supporting context through our contact page.
Our boundary
We publish education and practical planning resources. For a personal health concern, diagnosis or treatment decision, consult a qualified healthcare professional who can assess your circumstances.
